Gluten Free Nuts, Seeds and Grains

A lot of people who have to eat gluten free aren't aware of all the different kinds of grains and nuts and seeds you can eat.  There is actually a lot of variety you can add to your diet!

I've compiled a list below that can help you navigate the gluten free nuts, seeds and grains.

This gives you the option of increasing variety in your meals and not making the same thing over and over again.  If you aren't familiar with a certain grain, this is a great opportunity to buy one and try something new!  You may be surprised by a new food you've never made before for you or your family.
