My favorite thing about making my potato dough is the many ways you can customize it to make other things - such as these gluten free garlic knots.
My Gluten Free Garlic Knots are great as an appetizer for dinner or party snack, or is wonderful with a warm bowl of soup or chili or a plate of pasta - No one will know this is gluten-free!
